Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will you ship the orders?
All orders will be reviewed and processed within 2-4 days (business days only, Monday-Friday).
If you order contains any of our Essential Oil Roller Blends, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, however, we will endeavour to have it ready as soon as possible.
If your order contains a handmade item, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and creation however, we will endeavour to have it ready as soon as possible.
Once shipped, please allow 7-14 days for shipping depending on the courier service and your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $85.
We value using a 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping service and therefore will always choose to use Sendle first.
However, due to some rural locations or PO Boxes, and Sendle is unable to deliver, we will use Australia post.
We provide tracking numbers and reference details. If you do not want your parcel left “Authority to Leave”, the please note that at checkout in the comments box.
Courier service – Authority to leave $9.95
Heavy Item Shipping – $12.00
Local Pickup may be available however, please contact me before selecting this. If you select it and have not contacted me first I will try to contact you to discuss. If you are unable to pay postage and pick up is not possible, I will process you a refund minus any fees incurred.
New Zealand Shipping
We are able to ship items to New Zealand for $14.00
Please allow for 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, or change your mind after purchase you may be eligible to return them for an e-credit.
To be eligible for a refund credit, you must:
• Have purchased the item within the last 28 days
• The product must been returned to us in it’s original condition including any packaging and tags.
• Return the item (at your expense)
• Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products, all purchases of skin and body care including skin care, perfumes, soaps, make up and food items are final and refunds cannot be given for hygiene and safety reasons.
• We do not accept refunds on sale items
If your products are damaged in transit or you believe them to be faulty on arrival, please email us within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach photos of the damaged items to the email for review. Do not send back without contacting us first.
Any e-credit received will be valid for 12 months and is redeemable online at www.butterflyandbloom.com.au
Do you sell your products wholesale?
