How To Use | A small amount goes a long way - we do not add water, emulsifiers or preservatives to any of our products. Massage into pulse points or places of tension in the body. Calming Balm has so many applications, we use it to reduce anxiety and tension in everyday life and allowing us to be present for ourselves and our loved ones. It is also useful for settling nervous tension for public speaking or managing conflict in work or personal circumstances. Personally I also use it as part of my Yoga Practice - to settle and calm my mind in preparation for being present on my mat. Please discontinue if any skin irritation develops. Recommended for children over 12 months. Store below 28°C. Use within 12 months of opening.
